Seller Disclosure to a Prospective Buyer
Unless otherwise exempt, Section 5.008 of the Texas Property Code requires a seller of residential property to deliver a Seller's Disclosure Notice to a buyer on or before the effective date of a contract. |
Each document may be completed by only one signer. For multiple buyers or tenants, each person must complete his or her own set of documents. The Seller Disclosure should be completed by one of the sellers and initials and signatures for additional sellers will be obtained upon receipt of the document by the licensee.
